Paxon North America, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Team Lead in Brownsburg, IN. This role supervises daily workflow, trains associates, and coordinates with the Supervisor to meet customer requirements in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment.
• Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability.
• Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to push or pull carts of up to 100 lbs.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize work; train associates; direct work; address issues with Supervisor or Manager.
• Train associates on processes.
• Assist the Supervisor and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements.
• Assist the Supervisor and other Staff to ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and guidelines.
• Ensure the safety and security of associates and inventory.
• Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures.
• Monitor associate production standards and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Perform all functions same as a fulfillment associate.
• Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
• May be required to complete other duties as assigned.

Role Summary

The Fulfillment Team Lead at Paxon carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Leads assist the Supervisor in attaining overall department goals. They lead by example and assist the Supervisor and department by effectively planning and organizing workflow, promoting teamwork, training, problem solving, decision making, and perform all functions as a fulfillment associate.
