The Pepi Companies are hiring for a kitchen/dining role in Georgia. You will prepare ingredients, portion meats, and assemble salads, while supporting fast-paced dining operations for manufacturing staff. A focus on teamwork and maintaining cleanliness is essential.

We offer day-to-evening shifts with competitive pay and a benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, vacation and holidays. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not strictly required.

Formación

• Must have at least 1 year of kitchen or food preparation experience.
• Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
• Stand and work in a kitchen for 8–10 hours; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients for daily menu items, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and assembling salads or sides.
• Assist in the preparation of homestyle meals tailored to the factory dining schedule.
• Ensure all food items are prepped in a timely manner to support peak dining hours.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area following kitchen standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and communicate supply needs to the Dining Center Manager.
