XPO is looking for Team Drivers in Salt Lake City to operate sleeper-tractor runs with an existing team. You will share driving duties on long-haul loads and coordinate with dispatchers to meet schedules.

This role offers weekly pay, mileage and hourly pay, health insurance from day one, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and no-touch freight across a nationwide network.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL-A, be 21+, and be willing to spend five consecutive days away from home.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work away from home in a five-day work week.
• Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements.

Responsabilités

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop off and work with fellow XPO employees.
• Navigate various routes, maintain CMV safety, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day work week away from home.
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations.
• Operate all internal freight transportation work tools and required systems.
