Job summary

XPO is seeking a Team Driver to operate in collaboration with an existing partner in a sleeper-tractor setup. The role involves long-distance runs, coordination with dispatchers and teammates, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing team and both members must apply.
• Able to drive in sleeper-tractor teams on extended runs.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Safe driving record and history.
• DOT Medical Certification Card or pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities and coordinate with team members.
• Maintain CMV safety and comply with transportation regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations on long-distance runs over a typical 5-day work week away from home.
• Ensure safe operation and use of internal freight transportation tools and systems.
