Sam’s Club, a division of Walmart, is hiring for Team Managers in Clubs across many locations, including Omaha. You will lead an amazing team to delight our members, grow sales, and develop people to reach their full potential, empowering associates to take care of our members and execute the omni-merchant strategy.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment that values curiosity, servant leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.
• Ability to lead teams and drive customer-focused results in a retail environment.
• Alignment with Walmart Sam's Club culture and servant leadership values.
