Aspire of Western New York invites you to join as a Team Coordinator, a role focused on supporting individuals in group homes across Buffalo, Cheektowaga and Williamsville. You will help create a caring, safe living environment and be a key part of our support team.

As a full-time Team Coordinator, you will supervise staff on-site, handle day-to-day operations and fiscal tasks, and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in the human services field.
• Valid NYS drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of a group home.
• Provide on-site support and supervision to staff.
• Manage fiscal responsibilities and build relationships with residents and families.

Team Coordinators are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a group home, provide on site support and supervision to staff, have fiscal responsibilities and build meaningful and supportive relationships with individuals in our group homes and their families.

Positions available in the Buffalo, Cheektowaga & Williamsville areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in the human services field
• Valid NYS drivers license
