Aspire of WNY is seeking a direct supervisor for Community Based Supports in the Buffalo area to lead staff, improve service quality and ensure people with developmental disabilities can participate in the community with dignity.

Responsibilities include supervising support staff, developing and writing customized support plans, providing training opportunities, and handling documentation and financial responsibilities to support individuals’ goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Services or Health related discipline.
• One year experience working with Children/Youth.
• One year supervisory experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

This position is responsible for supervision of support staff, develop and write customized support plans, provides training opportunities for support staff and/or service participants, documentation and financial responsibilities.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Services or Health related discipline
• One (1) year experience working with Children/Youth
• One (1) year supervisory experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid NYS Driver’s License
