Team Coach will be the catalyst to provide inspiration and guidance to the entire team so they are empowered to deliver a truly awesome customer experience. The Team Coach will work with their Leadership Team to ensure the Teammates are engaging with the customer on a personal level, share their passions about food/music/dance , knowledgeable about our vision and our offerings, and most importantly have fun at work.
