Qualifications

Your Impact

As Shift Supervisor, you'll ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and driving team performance to support Accelevation's rapid growth. This role directly oversees our Modular Construction Systems line.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
• Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
