Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Team Coach) in Miamisburg, OH to ensure production operations run smoothly, maintain quality standards, and drive team performance to support our rapid growth. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse and shipping environment.
• Forklift experience required; certifications preferred.
• Strong experience in shipping and logistics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Your Impact

As Shift Supervisor (Team Coach), you’ll ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and driving team performance to support Accelevation’s rapid growth. This position directly supervises our shipping operations, managing and mentoring our teams while upholding Accelevation's core values.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment.
