Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Team Coach) for the 1st shift in Miamisburg, OH. You will oversee production teams, drive safety, quality and efficiency, and mentor staff using TPS principles.

Work with cross-functional colleagues to meet aggressive growth targets while maintaining a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of TPS standards and processes.

Your Impact

As Shift Supervisor, you’ll ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and driving team performance to support Accelevation’s rapid growth. You'll coach and mentor team members while modeling Toyota Production Standard (TPS) systems.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives. Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
