Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Team Coach (Shift Supervisor) for the Modular - 1st Shift in Miamisburg, OH. You will lead the Modular Construction Systems line, oversee production teams, and drive quality and safety standards.

You will be responsible for meeting production targets, developing staff, and coordinating with other departments to improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Your Impact

As Shift Supervisor, you’ll ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards and driving team performance to support Accelevation’s rapid growth. This role directly oversees our Modular Construction Systems line.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment.
