Job summary

XPO is seeking drivers to operate dedicated routes in sleeper trucks with no-touch freight, offering strong miles and split pay. Typical schedule is 4 days on/3 days off, with generous benefits and a nationwide network of fueling stations.

We provide 160+ fueling stations, microwaves, refrigerators in sleepers, and 401(k) with company match. Weekly pay and comprehensive health coverage begin on day one.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL A) required.
• 1–3 months of driving experience preferred.
• Must be part of an existing team; both team members must apply.
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess DOT Medical Card or pass company DOT exam.
• Hazmat, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements preferred/required.
• Hazmat endorsement reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated routes between XPO facilities.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Utilize sleeper trucks with on-board amenities and no-touch freight.
