Job summary

XPO is hiring for dedicated routes with sleeper trucks, offering a per-mile pay plan plus hourly waiting pay. Expect 4–5 days on road and 2–3 days off, with 4,500–5,200 weekly miles and full benefits from day one.

Trucks are modern, with microwaves and refrigerators, plus a large fueling station network to reduce delays. Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL, have at least 6 months of experience, be part of an existing team, be 21 or older, hold DOT certification, and possess hazmat, tank

Qualifications

• Have a valid Class A CDL.
• Six months of driving experience required.
• Team-based driving arrangement; both team members must apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate sleeper trucks on dedicated routes with in-house freight.
• Utilize no-touch freight network and avoid customer site delays.
• Follow a 4–5 days on, 2–3 days off schedule and manage weekly miles.
• Leverage extensive network of fueling stations and on-site amenities.
