Job summary

XPO is seeking Team Drivers for sleeper-tractor runs across the United States. You must already be part of an existing team and both members must apply. A valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to be away from home on a five-day work week are required.

The job features mileage pay of $0.974 per mile (split between drivers) and weekly pay, plus wait-time pay. Typical day includes moving loads between XPO facilities, navigating routes safely, and using company tools.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing team and both members must apply.
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Have a working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work away from home in a five-day work week.
• Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop off with fellow XPO employees.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer over long distances in a typical 5-day work week away from home.
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations.
• Operate all internal freight transportation work tools and required systems.
