Job summary

XPO is seeking a Team Driver to join our network and run loads between XPO facilities. You will partner with a fellow driver in a sleeper tractor on extended routes, typically working five days on and two off.

This role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and teamwork, with competitive pay, benefits, and in-house support. Applicants must be part of an existing team and prepared to stay away from home as required.

Qualifications

• Team members must apply together; we are only recruiting existing teams.
• Able to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid Class A CDL.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a DOT physical.
• Available to work away from home in a five-day work week.
• Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop off with a fellow employee.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, and comply with transportation regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical five-day week away from home.
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations and use required systems.
