XPO is recruiting drivers for its dedicated routes with sleeper trucks, delivering across a broad network. The role features a 4 days on, 3 days off schedule, with average weekly miles cited and high emphasis on safety and on-time performance.

The position includes full health insurance from day one, 401(k) with company match, and weekly pay, with no-touch freight and extensive fueling network support to minimize delays.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 1–3 months of driving experience accepted.
• Must be part of a pre-made team; both members must apply.
• DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical.
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated routes across the XPO network.
• Maintain on-time delivery and no-touch freight procedures.
• Adhere to safety and DOT regulations during all trips.
• Coordinate with dispatch for route planning and delays.
• Report issues affecting schedules or equipment.
