XPO is hiring for dedicated, team-based truck drivers to operate sleeper cab routes with no-touch freight. You will run scheduled routes between XPO facilities, leveraging our extensive network of fueling stations and in-house logistics.

Expect a steady cycle of 4 days on the road and 3 days off, with full health insurance from day one and strong retirement benefits. Compensation includes mileage-based pay at $0.974 per mile (split) and enroute hourly pay for wait times, with typical weekly

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and hazmat endorsements.
• 3 months of driving experience required.
• Team-based recruitment – both team members must apply.
