DICK'S Sporting Goods in Riverhead, NY hires a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead athlete experiences on the sales floor, coach teammates, and drive loyalty program participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote and lead company programs (loyalty, warranty, private label credit card enrollment).
• Develop 30-60-90 day plans with SM and ASM to support business priorities for assigned department(s).
• Help establish working plans related to operational initiatives, staffing, hiring needs, and budgeting.
