Starting January 19, 2027, the role offers $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, with eligibility for an annual cash bonus based on performance. You will work in a collaborative, service-oriented environment and contribute to our commitments to independent agents.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to process endorsements and support underwriting with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned territory to complete work assignments.
• Process e-CLAS endorsements to support agency requests (work comp or package policies).
• Perform basic research.
• Enter motor vehicle reports as needed.
