Lihn Law Group, PLLC, a northwest Valley law firm specializing in elder care, estate planning, special needs planning, and probate law, is seeking a team assistant for our growing team.
What is a team assistant?
Team Assistants are vital to our operations, serving as the backbone of our daily activities. You will be the first point of contact for clients and referral sources, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. Your work ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our firm, directly impacting our clients' experiences and the quality of service we provide.
Managing calendars, handling incoming communications, organizing files, and performing various tasks to support the firm's smooth operation and excellent customer service.
Enjoy a four-day workweek! Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We are a small (currently a team of ten), relaxed, easy-going, and humorous law firm. We work with clients we like and who like us. We take our work seriously but don't take ourselves too seriously. We are known for top-tier client service, accessibility, and providing peace of mind to our clients and their loved ones.
You are organized, thoughtful, proactive, kind, and humble. You can address client needs with empathy and are comfortable communicating with clients, managing calendars, and inboxes. You understand the importance of confidentiality and ethical standards in a law firm. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle interruptions gracefully, and maintain a positive attitude. Most importantly, you are excited about making a difference for our clients.
We promote job growth; tasks may expand based on your interests and abilities. Our current paralegals started as receptionists, and this position is available due to our recent promotion of a team assistant.
