Processing/Communication Assistant- TX Team

About the Role

Twenty First Services is a family-owned regional insurance inspection firm established in 1980, providing personal and commercial lines inspections to help reduce losses and loss ratios for insurance carriers. We are seeking a full-time assistant to join our Texas team. The role is remote, preferably in the Greensboro, NC area, with an hourly pay of $17 and 10 days PTO. All training is provided, and prior insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

1. Processing incoming inspection reports from field staff in Texas.
2. Communicating effectively with field staff and clients to facilitate smooth operations, including contacting trouble accounts and insurance agents.

Required Skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to review reports for accuracy.
• Excellent written communication skills for composing and proofreading documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with field staff and clients confidently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
