Gloucestershire County Council is recruiting a team administrator to support the Cotswolds Family Help teams within Children's Services. The role involves a mix of office duties and frontline customer service, with opportunities to handle financial documents and internal systems.
You will work in a hybrid arrangement, using Word, Excel, Teams, SAP and Liquid Logic, with training provided for the bespoke database. A flexible, proactive approach and strong communication skills are essential.
We are looking to recruit an additional team administrator to support the Cotswolds Family Help teams. These teams work within Gloucestershire County Council's Children's Services, with a focus on Targeted Early Help, Children in Care, Children in Need and Child protection. We have 3 Family Help Teams, comprising of Social Workers and Family Help Leads, who support Children, Families and Young People from various stages of their lives and through varying support needs. Your role would be to support the teams with a variety of administrative tasks, process financial documents to ensure our children, families and young people receive the necessary funding as required, whilst providing good customer service in person and on the telephone.
