Qualifications

  • Must be registered Social Worker with Social Work England and hold a qualifying degree.
  • Deep understanding of current legislation and its real-world impact.
  • Drive to pursue qualifications such as Practice Education, Best Interest Assessor, and/or Approved Mental Health Professional.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies to build strong partnerships.
  • Holds a full, clean driving licence and is ready to operate throughout the county.

Responsibilities

  • Transform lives with Care Act Assessments and bespoke support plans.
  • Navigate complex situations using Section 42 Enquiries, Mental Capacity Assessments, and related tasks.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure holistic care.
  • Engage in regular supervision and opportunities to specialize in your area of interest.
  • Be part of safeguarding commitments and promote welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.

Social Worker (Adult Social Care),

  • Take on a thrilling variety of adult social work, from Care Act Assessments and person-centred support planning to Mental Capacity Assessments and Section 42 Enquiries.
  • Apply your experience working with diverse adult populations, including those with physical and learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults.

We're looking for an advocate with:
  • Is a registered Social Worker with Social Work England and holds a qualifying degree.
