Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years IT-related experience or equivalent education.
• Experience in instructional support in higher education.
• Experience with Canvas or other Learning Management Systems.
• Experience developing educational, web-based materials.
• Experience in software training and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Train and support faculty in teaching technologies such as Canvas, iClicker, and ProctorU.
• Advise faculty on effective use of technology for online, blended, and in-person courses.
• Promote ADA compliance and accessibility in instructional materials and tech.
• Attend course planning meetings and provide follow-up support for teaching tech.
