Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years IT-related experience.
- Experience in instructional support in higher education.
- Experience with Canvas or other Learning Management Systems.
- Experience developing educational materials and conducting trainings.
Responsibilities
- Train and support faculty in teaching technologies (Canvas, iClicker, ProctorU).
- Consult with faculty on using technology for online, hybrid, and in-person classes.
- Promote digital accessibility and ADA compliance in instructional materials.
- Attend course planning meetings and provide follow-up tech support.
