Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related higher education field and experience in faculty training.
• Experience with face-to-face, blended, and online workshops/webinars.
• Experience with assessment of programs and services for faculty.
• Ability to research and propose learning solutions using evidence-based strategies.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Observe teaching with faculty to implement effective pedagogies.
• Assist with course design and development of instructional materials.
• Incorporate technology to enhance instructional design.
• Collaborate with departments to plan workshops and programs.
• Support accreditation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advance teaching and learning by applying research findings.
