• Working knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with student teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Teaching Kitchen space and inventory, ensuring equipment is functioning and clean.
• Coordinate annual cleanings and upkeep of supplies and pantry items.
• Support faculty and students during academic events and production of SeaMade bars.
• Supervise work study and student teams in kitchen operations.
• Assist with tours for visitors and funders.
