Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Education and public school district, the Teacher provides students with educational programs that will enable them to reach their fullest educational potential. This position works with the clincal care team while in the classroom only.

Education: Special Education Certification required; Bachelor's Degree in Education (minimum).
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years as an instructor in a psychiatric/behavioral health facility or equivalent experience preferred. Knowledge of educational theories and classroom teaching strategies with a good understanding of education and therapeutic intervention.
