You will supervise a classroom of 20+ students and join a community dedicated to student growth and equity. We offer extensive training, leadership development, and rapid pathways into school leadership, with a commitment to helping students from low-income neighborhoods

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (e.g., biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.
