Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (i.e, biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Teach in NYC across K-12 within a high-performing charter network.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to advance student achievement.
• Analyze data to tailor instruction and monitor progress.
