Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree before your first day.
• A rigorous and relevant academic major (e.g., biology, history, chemistry, economics, physics, English, mathematics, engineering).
• Ability to work in person in New York City.
• Supervise a classroom of 20+ students.

Responsibilities

• Sharpen your communication skills and develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and peers and mentors.
• Learn to assess and analyze data to chart students’ growth and tailor teaching methods accordingly.
• Engage in professional development with school leaders to benefit from targeted feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Have the opportunity to grow as a leader and potentially enter leadership pathways within the school or network.
