Learning Care Group is seeking a Teacher Aide to support Teachers and Assistant Teachers in delivering our safety vision and Education Value Proposition across our centers. You will help with daily routines, prepare for meals and classroom activities, and engage with families to support child development.

Qualificações

• Meets state licensing requirements for working in a school.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Experience working with children in some capacity preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Set up for, and clean up after breakfast, lunch, and snack. Clean and sanitize the classroom as needed.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Teacher Aides:

• Care! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
  
• Help! Supports Teachers/Assistant Teachers by setting up for, and cleaning up after breakfast, lunch, and snack. Clean and sanitize the classroom as needed.
• Engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
