Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Teacher Aide to support teachers and help create a caring, organized classroom environment. You will assist with meals, maintain cleanliness, and help observe and communicate with families to support each child's development.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, access to benefits, and ongoing training through our Master Teacher Program, with paid time off for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Meets state licensing requirements for working in a school.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Experience working with children in some capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Teachers and Assistant Teachers to create a safe, engaging classroom.
• Set up for breakfast, lunch, and snack; clean and sanitize after meals.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Teacher Aides:

• Care! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.Maintain a fun,interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
  
• Help! Supports Teachers/Assistant Teachers by setting up for, and cleaning up after breakfast, lunch, and snack. Clean and sanitize the classroom as needed.
• Engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Learn! Complete extensive training onchildcare, preschooland childdevelopment topics.

Job Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.40 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
