Learning Care Group is offering a Teacher Aide role where you will support Teachers and Assistant Teachers to maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment and promote the Education Value Proposition. The position emphasizes caring for children, teamwork, and ongoing training.

This is a day-time role with a Monday-Friday schedule and opportunities for growth through our Master Teacher Program and tuition assistance.

Qualificações

• Meets state licensing requirements for working in a school.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children
• Experience working with children in some capacity preferred

Responsabilidades

• Care! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Help! Supports Teachers/Assistant Teachers by setting up for, and cleaning up after breakfast, lunch, and snack. Clean and sanitize the classroom as needed.

Teacher Aides:

• Care! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.Maintain a fun,interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
  


• Help! Supports Teachers/Assistant Teachers by setting up for, and cleaning up after breakfast, lunch, and snack. Clean and sanitize the classroom as needed.


• Engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.


• Learn! Complete extensive training onchildcare, preschooland childdevelopment topics.

Job Qualifications:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.40 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered


• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
