Bambini Montessori Academy in Ellicott City, MD is seeking a Teacher Aide to support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

The role involves assisting with activities, supervising children, preparing materials, and maintaining a clean, welcoming classroom. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with hours 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, on-site only. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available

Schedule Options:

• Full-time: 8-hour shifts
• Part-time: 3+ hours/day
