Yoga Joint New York is seeking standout instructors who can lead Flow and FIIT classes in our NYC studios. You will bring energy, authenticity, and connection to every session, shaping the brand culture and community as part of a founding NYC team.

We value NASM/RYT-200 credentials, an ability to work in a heated environment, and a commitment to ongoing training. Positions support full-time and part-time schedules with growth opportunities and competitive compensation.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver first class teaching to clients while maintaining the distinct Yoga Joint aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture.
• NASM certified and/or RYT-200
• Confident, dynamic, and motivating presence

• Ability to teach in a heated (90°F+) environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak times

Classes are held in infrared heated studios with moderate to loud noise. Role includes standing, movement, and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs, and may include indoor/outdoor events both inside and outside of the studio. Essential functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee may be required to work with yoga props, cleaning supplies, and studio equipment and may experience physical exertion due to the nature of the instruction environment. Shifts may involve sustained physical activity, multiple classes per day, and limited recovery time between classes. This role may also include participation in off-site or outdoor marketing and community events, which may last several hours and may take place in varying indoor or outdoor environments and weather conditions.
