Yoga Joint NY is seeking a Front Desk (Membership Experience Associate) to warmly welcome clients, learn their needs, and foster a welcoming community at our Brooklyn studio. You will support daily operations, assist with class reservations, and help create memorable guest experiences that reflect our brand.

This part-time role values hospitality, reliability, and energetic engagement with members. The position offers morning and evening shifts, weekend availability, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and deliver top-of-the-line experiences.
• Available to work mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Front Desk (Membership Experience Associate)

What You’ll Do

• Create genuine connections with clients, learn their names, understand their needs, and help build a strong sense of community


• Support seamless daily studio operations, including client check-in, account assistance, attention to facilities, laundry, class reservations, retail purchases, and general studio needs


• Celebrate the big and small wins of our clients, their first class to milestones, personal achievements, birthdays, and everything in between


• Maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and respect when working with your operations & talent team


• Focus on the importance of a clean, well-stocked and cared for facility


• Uphold our high-level of standards for our Yoga Joint studio at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Available to work earning mornings, late evenings and weekends


• Mornings 5:30AM-10:00AM


• Evenings 4:00PM-8:00PM


• Occasional holidays


• Available for at least 3 Shifts Per Week


• Experience in hospitality and deliver top of the line experiences

Classes are held in infrared heated studios (up to 90°F) with moderate to loud noise. Role includes standing, movement, and occasional lifting up to 30 lbs, and may include indoor/outdoor events both inside and outside of the studio. Essential functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. The employee may be required to work with yoga props, cleaning supplies, and studio equipment and may experience physical exertion due to the nature of the instruction environment. Shifts may involve sustained physical activity, multiple classes per day, and limited recovery time between classes. This role may also include participation in off-site or outdoor marketing and community events, which may last several hours and may take place in varying indoor or outdoor environments and weather conditions.
