Texas Commission on Environmental Quality is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Enforcement Division within the Compliance and Enforcement team. You will prepare complex correspondence and reports, handle division phones, and provide back-up support to other administrative staff. Standard hours are M-F, 8:00 a.m.
– 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities include data entry, document conversion for accessibility, filing, and maintaining databases and office supplies.

This position is a member of our Enforcement Division.
Graduation from a standard senior high school or its equivalent plus five years of full-time experience providing administrative support in an office setting.*
OR
Two years as an Administrative Assistant IV at TCEQ.

Standard business hours are M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Individual and work group schedule determined by the TCEQ Enforcement Division.
