Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience with housing/rental programs preferred.

• Current valid driver's license in state of residence with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement the HOME Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program.
• Determine rental unit eligibility and complete annual Housing Quality Standards inspections.
• Engage landlords to support their participation in the HOME program.
• Ensure properties operate according to HUD and Community Healthcare guidelines.

Skills
