Qualifications

• At least two years of full-time professional case management experience in a public service agency.
• Experience working with persons with HIV/AIDS is preferred.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of housing programs including TBRA and Master Leasing.
• Monitor expenditures and manage housing program budgets.
• Ensure compliance of housing contracts between tenants and landlords.
