Job summary

Colorado Health Network (CHN) is seeking a Housing Occupancy Coordinator in Denver, CO to administer the TBRA program, coordinating occupancy and subsidy management across the Denver metro area.

The role involves scheduling inspections, intake and recertification, and supporting clients through housing transitions while collaborating with landlords and partners. Equality and inclusivity are central to CHN's mission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience providing case management services in a social service or supportive housing setting preferred.
• Experience with harm reduction, motivational interviewing, cultural inclusivity, and trauma-informed care.
• Proven ability to apply crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all occupancy aspects of TBRA, a scattered-site housing subsidy program, across the Denver metro area.
• Schedule and perform Housing Quality Standards and NSPIRE inspections annually.
• Complete TBRA intake and recertification paperwork with clients and collect eligibility documents.
• Coordinate client meetings, waitlist maintenance, eligibility screenings, and file documentation for subsidy programs.
• Provide support to TBRA participants navigating housing situations and moves between units.
• Submit monthly subsidy checks to TBRA participants’ property managers.
