West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources seeks a TB Nurse 4 to perform advanced nursing for direct patient care in the statewide TB Elimination program. The role acts as a subject matter expert for TB case management and provides guidance to local health departments to ensure proper case management for LTBI, suspected and confirmed TB disease, and those exposed to TB.

The nurse will participate in virtual TB clinics, provide direct patient care, and offer guidance to WV TB

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with RN licensure.
• Associate degree in nursing with RN licensure and 6 years of RN experience.
• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an up-to-date diagnostic clinic log of all patients seen in the clinic.
• Oversee patients care and treatment plan.
• Review patient records to determine effectiveness of treatment and document concerns.
