State of South Carolina, Department of Public Health, seeks a registered nurse to lead TB service delivery in an assigned area under the TB Unit Manager. You will plan and evaluate direct nursing care, coordinate services, and ensure surveillance and reporting through CARES and the EHR.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and SC RN licensure; BLS/CPR/First Aid within 30 days; valid driver's license; ability to travel and make home visits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure as a registered nurse by the SC Board of Nursing; SCBON endorsement if compact state license.
• Basic Life Support/CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to make home visits.
• May require travel within the state and use of stairs in client homes.

Responsabilités

• Plans, implements, and evaluates direct nursing care for TB patients within an assigned area.
• Directs and supervises TB Team activities and staffing.
• Provides case management, including LTBI/TB disease care plans and contact investigations.
• Maintains documentation in patient records and surveillance systems.
