Job summary

State of South Carolina Department of Public Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor for TB services to oversee a TB Team and ensure high‑quality care for individuals with LTBI or TB disease in an assigned area. You will plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care and serve as a liaison with primary care providers and community resources.

The role requires a BSN, five years of nursing experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience; bilingual skills are helpful.

Qualifications

• BSN required; five years of nursing experience.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Tuberculosis case management experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate TB services for patients and families.
• Plan and evaluate care, conduct contact investigations, and monitor treatment.
• Supervise TB Team activities, delegate referrals, and ensure staff competency.
• Maintain records following agency standards and CQI activities.
