Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an Interim Business Consultant with the Department of Medicine with the New Jersey Medical School ( NJMS ). The Interim Business Consultant (Part time/Per Diem) will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of TB education programs and continuing education products for physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals.

Reporting to the Director of Education and Training, this on-site role in Newark requires a

• Doctoral degree in health education or related field.
• Master’s degree with two (2) additional years of related experience.
• Experience in adult or continuing education for health professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Develops TB-related continuing education products and programs.
• Plans TB education for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Performs needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and training formats.
• Maintains contact with agencies and stakeholders involved in courses and projects.
• Keeps knowledge current on continuing health education principles.
• Coordinates pilot testing of educational products.
