Qualifications

• 8+ years of investment operations experience.
• 5+ years of client service experience in financial services (OCIO or high net worth).
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for client portfolios and staff.
• Ensure timely, accurate client deliverables and reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance with operational processes and risk controls.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Investment Team and Compliance on client relationships.
