Job summary

Wellington Management, based in Boston, seeks a Client Service Operations Analyst to join the Client Service Operations team. The role supports internal and external stakeholders, focusing on operational excellence, risk management, and scalable processes across Americas client regulatory expectations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Global Operations, Trading, and Portfolio Implementation, contributing to a robust support model and enterprise technology usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally within investment management or asset servicing.
• Solid understanding of capital market operations and regulatory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Proven decision-making, problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Organized, self-starter in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience using productivity and low-code tools (Copilot, Power Automate, Python, Alteryx) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and solutions to client teams by analyzing and resolving complex issues.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, custodians and global teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support specific geographies and client types (sovereign, pension, insurance, sub-advisory).
• Utilize regional expertise to align with Americas regulatory expectations and market practices.
• Develop knowledge across investment strategies and market operations to serve clients effectively.
• Create and implement operational policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
