Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex technology-enabled initiatives that support our service lines and enterprise platforms.

You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee solution design and implementation, and ensure high-quality delivery of client and internal solutions. This role requires strategic liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience leading projects, managing business solutions, or delivering technology-enabled services.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and oversee solution design and delivery.
• Develop and manage project workplans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, communicate status, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive governance, standards, and escalation protocols.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction across initiatives.
• Support business development activities and proposal development.
