Job summary

EY’s Tax Technology and Transformation (TTT) Products internship offers exposure to cutting-edge tax technology and product development for clients nationwide. You’ll learn current tax tech trends, contribute to product development, and participate in strategy meetings and workshops alongside client teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and supporting data-driven decision making; travel may be required and most work is hybrid with in-person components at EY offices.

Qualifications

• Undergrad/grad degree in Business, Economics, MIS, CS or related field; accounting with tech minor acceptable.
• GPA requirement: 3.0 cumulative.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial, creative mindset with process improvement focus.
• Excellent organization and time management; comfortable with hybrid work.
• Willingness to travel and work across client sites.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned work from start to finish with attention to quality.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes via automation.
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements.
• Contribute ideas to improve user experience and product effectiveness.
• Support feature testing and quality reviews prior to release.
• Provide project support to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Explore emerging tech including AI and build business cases for adoption.
• Work with data to support analysis, reporting, and decision making.
